§ 37-0905. Chemicals of concern and high-priority chemicals.\n 1. Chemicals of concern.\n (a) Within two years of the effective date of this title, the\ndepartment, in consultation with the department of health, shall\npromulgate a list of chemicals of concern. A chemical may be listed as a\nchemical of concern if it has been identified by a government entity\nand/or identified on the basis of credible scientific evidence as being:\n (i) a carcinogen, reproductive or developmental toxicant,\nneurotoxicant, asthmagen, or endocrine disruptor;\n (ii) persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic; or\n (iii) very persistent and very bioaccumulative.\n (b) The department shall review lists codified or promulgated in other\nstates as chemicals of concern to determine if such chemicals meet the\ncr
