§ 24-0511. Local freshwater wetlands protection procedures in the\n Adirondack park.\n Except for section 24-0509, this title shall not apply to freshwater\nwetlands protection laws or ordinances adopted by towns or villages with\nrespect to their territories within the Adirondack park. Such laws or\nordinances are governed by title eight of this article.\n
