§ 13-0340-e. Scup (Stenotomus chrysops).\n The department may, until December thirty-first, two thousand\ntwenty-six, fix by regulation measures for the management of scup\n(Stenotomus chrysops), including size limits, catch and possession\nlimits, open and closed seasons, closed areas, restrictions on the\nmanner of taking and landing, requirements for permits and eligibility\ntherefor, recordkeeping requirements, requirements on the amount and\ntype of fishing effort and gear, and requirements relating to\ntransportation, possession and sale, provided that such regulations are\nno less restrictive than requirements set forth in this chapter and\nprovided further that such regulations are consistent with the\ncompliance requirements of applicable fishery management plans adopted\nby the
