§ 13-0315 — Shellfish shipper's and processor's permit

§ 13-0315. Shellfish shipper's and processor's permit.\n 1. Prior to the processing, transportation or shipment of shellfish,\neither in intra-state or inter-state commerce, an appropriate permit to\ndo so shall be obtained from the department. Such permit shall be\nrequired of all shippers and dealers in fresh and frozen shellfish\nwithin the state, except retail dealers, and shall certify that the\nholder thereof has complied with all the requirements of sections\n13-0309, 13-0311, 13-0313, 13-0317 and 13-0319 and rules and regulations\nadopted pursuant thereto.\n 2. A shellfish shipper's and/or processor's permit shall be issued\nonly to a person eighteen years or older. The department shall prescribe\nand furnish forms for application for such permit.\n 3.
