§ 13-0310. Northern or lined seahorses; prohibited acts.\n 1. No person shall take any northern or lined seahorse (Hippocampus\nerectus) for commercial purposes.\n 2. The provisions of subdivision one of this section shall not apply\nto the taking of seahorses for scientific or educational purposes\nincluding, but not limited to, public or not-for-profit zoos and\naquariums, as determined by the commissioner.\n
