§ 11-2115. Posted and unposted lands; failure to leave on request.\n 1. It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in hunting, trapping or\nfishing without permission upon the lands of another, whether or not\nposted as provided in section 11-2111 not to leave such lands\nimmediately when requested to do so by the owner, lessee or lawful\noccupant.\n 2. Upon any conviction of a violation of this section, all the current\nlicenses held by the person convicted, issued pursuant to title 7 of the\nFish and Wildlife Law, shall be revoked and he shall be ineligible for\nany such license during the ensuing license year, and in the discretion\nof the court ineligible therefor during an additional period not\nexceeding one license year.\n 3.
