§ 11-0307 — Migratory game birds; regulation

§ 11-0307. Migratory game birds; regulation.\n * 1. The department may adopt rules and regulations in relation to\nmigratory game birds, provided such regulations are no less restrictive\nthan federal regulations made under authority of the Migratory Bird\nTreaty Act of July 3, 1918, (16 U.S.C. secs. 703-711), as may be amended\nfrom time to time.\n * NB Effective until December 31, 2027\n * 1. The department shall adopt rules and regulations in relation to\nmigratory game birds consistent with federal regulations made under\nauthority of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act of July 3, 1918, (16 U.S.C.\nsecs. 703-711), as presently constituted or as hereafter amended.\n * NB Effective December 31, 2027\n 2.
