§ 11-1909 — Private trout and black bass hatcheries

§ 11-1909. Private trout and black bass hatcheries.\n 1. The department in its discretion may issue to any person a hatchery\npermit, valid during the calendar year of issue, to propagate, raise and\nsell trout. The department shall establish by order regulations\ngoverning the identification of trout raised under such a permit which\nare offered for sale, sold or transported.\n 2. The department in its discretion may issue to any person a hatchery\npermit, valid during the calendar year of issue, to propagate, raise and\nsell black bass. The department shall establish by order, regulations\ngoverning the transportation of black bass raised under such a permit.\n
