§ 11-1728. Sale of live wild birds.\n Except as permitted by rule and regulation of the department, no\nperson shall sell live wild birds, as defined in paragraph b of\nsubdivision six of section 11-0103 of this chapter, unless such birds\nwere born and raised in captivity.\n
