§ 11-1203. Hunting while intoxicated prohibited.\n 1. No person shall engage in hunting while he is in an intoxicated\ncondition.\n 2. No person shall engage in hunting while his ability to engage in\nsuch hunting without creating unreasonable risk of injury or death to\nhimself or other human life is impaired by his consumption of alcohol or\nuse of a drug.\n
