§ 11-1201. Definitions.\n For the purposes of this title:\n 1. "Hunting" means shooting or killing wildlife, including shooting or\nkilling wildlife lawfully trapped or otherwise reduced to possession, or\npursuing or capturing wildlife with any weapon, projectile, or other\ndevice or instrumentality; and includes all lesser acts such as\ndisturbing, harrying, or worrying, whether they result in taking or not,\nwhen done with the aid or accompaniment of any weapon, projectile, or\nother device or instrumentality; and every attempt to take and every act\nof assistance to any other person in taking or attempting to take\nwildlife, when done with the aid or accompaniment of any weapon,\nprojectile, or other device or instrumentality. "Wildlife" as used in\nthis subdivision means "wildlife"
