§ 11-1009. Prohibitions.\n (1) Raptors for use in falconry shall not be bought, sold or bartered,\nor offered for sale or barter, except that this section shall not apply\nto the captive bred progeny of lawfully acquired raptors.\n (2) No person shall possess or maintain in captivity any raptor or\nraptors, except as otherwise provided by law, unless he shall first\nobtain a falconry license.\n
