§ 11-1007 — Department authority

§ 11-1007. Department authority.\n The department shall make such rules and regulations governing the\nissuance and use of falconry licenses as it shall deem proper and\nnecessary, giving due consideration to the recommendations of the\nfalconry advisory board. The department may fix by regulation special\nopen seasons for the taking of small game or upland game birds by\nfalconry. The department may revoke any falconry license and may seize\nraptors held pursuant thereto if the licensee (i) fails to provide\nproper care for the raptors in the licensee's possession, (ii) allows\nraptors in the licensee's possession to become a public nuisance, (iii)\nis convicted of or settles by civil compromise any violation of any\nprovision of this chapter or regulation of the department, or (iv) fail
