§ 11-0914. Yearling buck protection program.\n 1. Definitions.
a.An "antlered deer" is defined as a deer with at\nleast one antler measuring three inches or more in length.\n b. "Wildlife management unit" means wildlife regions as demarcated by\nthe department.\n 2. Restrictions and application.
a.Any person who hunts or takes\nantlered deer under a valid permit or license during the bowhunting,\nregular and muzzleloading deer seasons is restricted to the hunting or\ntaking of antlered deer with at least one antler with at least three\npoints. Each point must be at least one inch long measured from the main\nantler beam.\n b. This program applies to all public and private land within the\nspecified wildlife management units.\n 3.
