§ 11-0531. Bounties prohibited.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, or any other law,\nrule or regulation to the contrary, it shall be unlawful for any\ndepartment or division of this state, or any political subdivision\nthereof to pay bounties on the taking of wildlife, except when the state\nDepartment of Health, or any local health authorities, determine that a\ngiven type or class of animals constitute a health hazard as carriers or\npotential carriers of disease.\n
