§ 708 — Acquisition of other than real property
§ 708. Acquisition of other than real property. Whenever any condemnor\nis authorized to acquire for a public use, title to property other than\nreal property, the acquisition of such property shall be in the manner\nand procedure prescribed for the acquisition of real property under this\nchapter.\n
