§ 706 — Pending actions and proceedings
§ 706. Pending actions and proceedings. No action or proceeding\npending at the time when this chapter takes effect, shall be affected by\nany provision of this chapter, and the same may be prosecuted as if this\nchapter had not been enacted.\n
