§ 924. Ingredient and nutritional information requirements.
a.All\ncontracts entered into for the two thousand twenty-three--two thousand\ntwenty-four school year, and thereafter, to provide, maintain and\noperate cafeteria or restaurant service by a private food service\nmanagement company shall include provisions requiring such private food\nservice management company to disclose ingredients lists and nutritional\ninformation to school districts for all meals that such company\nprovides. The private food service management company shall be required\nto consolidate nutritional information for any meal that is comprised of\nseparate individual ingredients. School districts and boards of\ncooperative educational services shall have no responsibility to provide\nnutritional information ex
