§ 921. Training of unlicensed school personnel to administer certain\nmedications. 1.

(a)The board of education or trustees of each school\ndistrict and board of cooperative educational services and nonpublic\nschools are authorized, but not obligated to have licensed registered\nprofessional nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and\nphysicians train unlicensed school personnel to administer prescribed\nglucagon or epinephrine devices in emergency situations, where an\nappropriately licensed health professional is not available, to pupils\nwho have the written permission of a physician or other duly authorized\nhealth care provider for the administration of glucagon or an emergency\nepinephrine device, along with written parental consent, during the\nschool day on school p
