§ 8353. Use of the title "licensed athletic trainer". Only a person\nlicensed or otherwise authorized under this article shall use the title\n"licensed athletic trainer", "athletic trainer", or the abbreviation\n"AT" or "LAT" in connection with his or her name or with any trade name\nin the conduct of his or her profession. Only a person licensed or\notherwise authorized under this article shall practice athletic\ntraining.\n
