§ 7205. State board for engineering, land surveying and geology. A\nstate board for engineering, land surveying and geology shall be\nappointed by the board of regents on recommendation of the commissioner\nfor the purpose of assisting the board of regents and the department on\nmatters of professional licensing and professional conduct in accordance\nwith section sixty-five hundred eight of this title. The board shall be\ncomposed of not less than seven professional engineers, not less than\ntwo land surveyors and not less than two professional geologists\nlicensed in this state. An executive secretary to the board shall be\nappointed by the board of regents on recommendation of the commissioner\nand shall be a professional engineer, land surveyor or professional\ngeologist licensed in
