§ 705 — Penalty for violation

§ 705. Penalty for violation. Any person violating any of the\nprovisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not less than\nfifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for every such\nviolation, to be sued for by any taxpayer of the school district, and\nrecovered before any justice of the peace and when collected, to be paid\nto the collector or treasurer for the benefit of said school district.\n
