§ 3021-a. Notification of accusatory instrument alleging a sex\noffense.

1.For purposes of this section:\n (a) The term "employee" means any person receiving compensation from a\nschool district, charter school, board of cooperation educational\nservices, private elementary or secondary school, special education\nschools, or employee of a contracted service provider or worker placed\nwithin the school under a public assistance employment program pursuant\nto title nine-B of article five of the social services law, and\nconsistent with the provisions of such title for the provision of\nservices to such district or school, its students or employees, directly\nor through contract, whereby such services performed by such person\ninvolved direct student contact.\n (b) The term "sex offens
