§ 2590-v. Notice to students regarding certain test scores. The office\nof the chancellor shall include a notice in the official score report of\nall students who received a score of "advanced" on the seventh grade\nstate assessment in either English Language Arts or Mathematics,\ninforming the student of opportunities to apply for admission to the\nspecialized high schools authorized in paragraph (b) of subdivision one\nof section twenty-five hundred ninety-h of this article; provided that\nthe chancellor shall annually notify all seventh grade students of\nopportunities to apply for admission to such schools.\n
