Text

§ 2116. District records, books, etc., are district property. The\nrecords, books and papers belonging or appertaining to the office of any\nofficer of a school district are hereby declared to be the property of\nsuch district and shall be open for inspection by any qualified voter of\nthe district at all reasonable hours, and any such voter may make copies\nthereof.\n
