§ 1619 — Advertising for bids; letting of contracts
§ 1619. Advertising for bids; letting of contracts. The trustees\nshall let all contracts for public work and all purchase contracts to\nthe lowest responsible bidder after advertisement for bids where so\nrequired by section one hundred three of the general municipal law.\n
