§ 1605 — Powers and duties of a sole trustee
§ 1605. Powers and duties of a sole trustee. The sole trustee of a\ncommon school district shall possess all the powers and be subject to\nall the duties, liabilities and penalties which the law imposes upon a\nboard of three trustees.\n
