§ 1604-A — Temporary investment of school moneys
§ 1604-a. Temporary investment of school moneys. The board of\ntrustees of any common school district may authorize the district\ntreasurer or other officer having custody of district moneys to invest\nmoneys of the district in the manner provided by section eleven of the\ngeneral municipal law.\n
