§ 1207. Functions, powers and duties of other state agencies. Nothing\ncontained in this article shall be deemed to derogate or detract in any\nway from the functions, powers or duties prescribed by law of any agency\nor department of the state or to interrupt or preclude the direct\nrelationship of any such department or agency with local agencies,\nindividuals or corporations for the carrying out of such functions,\npowers and duties.\n
