§ 1206 — Contract authority

§ 1206. Contract authority. The center, after consultation with the\ncommittee, is hereby empowered to enter into any agreement or contract\nwith any private or public agencies, corporations, or individuals\nnecessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this article.\n
