§ 102 — Associate and assistant commissioners

  § 102. Associate and assistant commissioners.  The commissioner of\neducation shall appoint, subject to the approval of the regents, such\nassociate and assistant commissioners as he shall deem necessary for the\nproper organization and general classification of the work of the\ndepartment, and assign to such associate and assistant commissioners the\nwork which shall be under their respective supervision.\n
