§ 1003. Application for vocational rehabilitation.
a.Any handicapped\nperson available for vocational rehabilitation services may apply to the\ndepartment for advice and assistance regarding his vocational\nrehabilitation.\n b. The state may, to the extent that funds are made available pursuant\nto the federal social security act, furnish vocational rehabilitation\nservices to applicants for and beneficiaries of disability benefits\nunder the social security act as provided in the act and any rules or\nregulations adopted pursuant thereto.\n
