§ 1006. Acceptance of law of the United States. The state of New\nYork, through its legislative authority:\n 1. Accepts the provisions of any law of the United States making\nappropriation to be apportioned among the states for vocational\nrehabilitation of disabled persons, and accepts the provisions of any\nlaw of the United States making appropriation for apportionment or\ngrants among the states for services for disabled persons.\n 2. Empowers and directs the board of regents of the university, hereby\ndesignated the New York state board for vocational education, to\ncooperate with such agency as the federal government shall designate to\ncarry out the purposes of such law.\n 3.
