§ 255 — Proceedings on return of citation

§ 255. Proceedings on return of citation. Upon the return of such\ncitation properly served, such court shall have the powers in relation\nto such estates, claims, property and committee, which devolve on\ncourts, by virtue of section twenty-one, in relation to assignments and\nassignees for benefit of creditors and such assigned estates.\n
