§ 186. Proceedings at creditors' meetings. At such meeting, or other\nadjourned meeting thereafter, all accounts and demands, for and against\nthe estate of such debtor, shall be fairly adjusted, as far as the same\ncan be ascertained, and the amount of moneys in the hands of the\ntrustees declared.\n
