§ 180. Entry of order of reference. The judge or justice by whom they\nshall be selected, shall certify such selection in writing. Such\ncertificate, or the written agreement of the parties, shall be filed by\nthe trustees in the office of the clerk where the order appointing the\ntrustees is entered; and an order shall thereupon be entered by such\nclerk appointing the persons so selected referees to determine the\ncontroversy.\n
