§ 111. Discharge, when void. A discharge, granted to an insolvent as\nprescribed in this article, is void, in the same cases, so far as they\nare applicable, in which a discharge, granted as prescribed in article\nthird of this chapter, is therein declared to be void; and the validity\nof such a discharge may be tested in the same manner.\n
