§ 110. Debts and demands not affected. A debt, demand, judgment, or\ndecree, against an insolvent, discharged as prescribed in this article,\nis not affected or impaired by the discharge; but it remains valid and\neffectual, against all his property, acquired after the execution of the\nassignment. The lien, acquired by or under a judgment or decree, upon\nany property of the insolvent, is not affected by the discharge.\n
