§ 853. Reporting and information. To ensure the accurate maintenance\nand availability of statistics and records with respect to participation\nin temporary release programs, the department shall maintain the\nfollowing information relative to the operation of temporary release\nprograms:\n (a) number of incarcerated individual participants in each temporary\nrelease program;\n (b) number of incarcerated individuals participating in temporary\nrelease for whom written approval of the commissioner was required\npursuant to subdivision two of section eight hundred fifty-one of this\nchapter;\n (c) number and type of individual programs approved for each\nparticipant;\n (d) approved participating employers and educational institutions;\n (e) number of incarcerated individuals arrested;
