§ 621. Interstate cooperation with law enforcement officers and\nagencies of other states and the federal government.
1.All law\nenforcement officers and agencies of this state and its subdivisions,\nincluding the division of criminal justice services, are hereby\nauthorized to cooperate with agencies of other states and of the United\nStates, having similar powers, to develop and carry on a complete\ninterstate, national and international system of criminal identification\nand investigation, and to obtain and furnish, or to assist in obtaining\nand furnishing, any information from and to a law enforcement officer or\nagency of another jurisdiction to assist in the conduct of an\ninvestigation into any criminal matter or for use in a criminal\nprosecution.\n 2.
