§ 193. Disposition of machinery on discontinuance of industry.\nWhenever any trade or industry is discontinued at any state correctional\ninstitution and it appears to the satisfaction of the commissioner, that\nsuch trade or industry will not again be put in operation in any state\ncorrectional institution, he must report that fact to the comptroller,\nand at the same time furnish the comptroller with a schedule of the\nmachinery, tools, apparatus and other appurtenances belonging to such\ntrade or industry or used in connection therewith, and an estimate of\nthe value of same, and also the quantity and value of the stock and\nmanufactured product of such trade or industry then on hand, and the\ncommissioner shall, with the approval of the comptroller, sell and\ndispose of all such unus
