§ 19. Salary and emoluments of superintendents.

1.This section shall\napply to each superintendent of a correctional facility appointed on or\nafter August ninth, nineteen hundred seventy-five and any superintendent\nheretofore appointed who elects to be covered by the provisions thereof\nby filing such election with the commissioner.\n a. The salary schedule for superintendents of a correctional facility\nwith an incarcerated individual population capacity of four hundred or\nmore incarcerated individuals shall be as follows:\nEffective April first, two thousand twenty-three:\n Hiring Rate Job Rate\n $139,737 $190,694\nEffective April first, two thousand twenty-four:\n Hiring Rate Job Rate\n $143,929 $196,415\nEffective April
