§ 502. Eligibility criteria. In order to participate in the\nmanufacturing workforce training incentive program, a business entity\nmust satisfy the following criteria:\n 1. The business entity must operate in the state as a semiconductor\nmanufacturing business or a manufacturing business as defined in this\narticle;\n 2. The business entity must demonstrate that it is conducting eligible\ntraining or obtaining eligible training from an approved provider; and\n 3. The business entity must be in compliance with all worker\nprotection and environmental laws and regulations. In addition, the\nbusiness entity may not owe past due state taxes or local property\ntaxes.\n 4.
