§ 154. State marketing internet website.

1.The department shall\nmaintain an internet website designed to facilitate the marketing\npurposes in this article.\n 2. The internet website shall contain a design that facilitates the\npromotional objectives required by article five-a of this chapter and\nthis article.\n 3. The internet website shall also contain an area accessible, free of\ncharge, to tourism promotion agencies, conventions and business bureaus,\nlocal governments, and any private, not-for-profit or commercial\nbusiness domiciled in New York state, which contains directly, or\nmaintains active links to, the data, including but not limited to:\n (a) labor statistics maintained by the New York state department of\nlabor;\n (b) tax receipt data maintained by the New York sta
