§ 396-i. Reports of the authority. The authority shall make an annual\nreport to the county legislature. When it deems advisable, the authority\nmay make interim reports to the county legislature with its\nrecommendations, in order to afford the county legislature an\nopportunity to take immediate action thereon.\n
