§ 379 — Extension of fiscal year

§ 379. Extension of fiscal year. The fiscal year of each county\nexpiring prior to December thirty-first, nineteen hundred fifty, shall\nbe and hereby is extended to include such December thirty-first. Nothing\nin this article contained shall invalidate any contract or expenditure\nfor a lawful purpose entered into or made during the period of such\nextension.\n
