§ 376. Local laws; resolutions.

1.Whenever in this article the board\nof supervisors is authorized by action taken pursuant to this section,\nto alter or abolish the requirements of any section of this article, or\npart thereof, or to make applicable to the county the provisions of any\nsuch section, or part thereof, not otherwise applicable, such action\nshall be by local law adopted in the manner prescribed in the municipal\nhome rule law. Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter or any\ngeneral, special or local law, a local law adopted pursuant to this\narticle shall not be subject to a mandatory or permissive referendum.\n 2.
