§ 226-C — Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations

The Erie county\nlegislature is hereby authorized to waive fees, including but not\nlimited to building permit review fees and fees associated with capital\nimprovements to any post or hall owned by a not-for-profit\ncongressionally chartered veterans' organization located in such county.\n  * NB There are 3 § 226-c's\n
