§ 211. Printed and electronically recorded proceedings of the board.\n1. The board of supervisors of each county, as soon after the close of\neach calendar year as practicable, shall cause to be printed in bound\nvolume or recorded by electronic means, or both, copies of its\nproceedings, certified by the clerk of the board as a true copy. Such\nprinted volume or electronic record shall contain all local laws\nconsecutively numbered and all resolutions adopted by the board during\nthe year. At least one copy shall be filed with or\nelectronically transmitted to the state librarian. Additional copies may\nbe printed or electronically recorded and distributed in the discretion\nof the board.\n Such annual volume or electronic record when certified by the clerk as\na true copy, shall constitute and become the book of records and\nproceedings of such board.\n 2. The board of supervisors may cause to be printed or electronically\nrecorded after each session, copies of its proceedings for distribution\namong its members, county officers or for exchange with other counties.\nThe board may also cause copies of such proceedings to be published\nafter each session in such newspaper or newspapers, and for such period\nof time, as may be designated.\n 3. The board of supervisors of each county shall ensure that a printed\ncopy is available upon request.\n 4. For purposes of this section, the terms "electronic means",\n"electronic record or recording" and "electronically transmitted" shall\ngenerally refer to the recording, copying and transfer of data by means\nof a computer, computer disk or directly over the internet.\n
