§ 205 — Interpleader
§ 205. Interpleader. The court shall have jurisdiction of an action of\ninterpleader and defensive interpleader as defined and governed by the\nCPLR, provided that the amount in controversy or the value of the\nproperty involved does not exceed $50,000.\n
